New Century City Location

As of 2026, CAA will be relocating to JMB Realty’s 37-story commercial tower. Practically speaking, this is only over Constellation Boulevard from their current office spaces. Presumably, it’s the newer building’s upgraded facilities that will be the drawcard. A LEED Platinum certified space, i.e the highest rating from the U.S Green building council, it has made much of its future status as one of LA’s most environmentally sustainable buildings.

There’s a host of promised luxury features, including 2 acres of on-site courtyards and gardens. CAA will also be able to leverage a private parking area, entrance, and lobby. All while remaining close to the newly proposed Constellation/Century City Metro station.

Growth and Momentum

CAA has made much of the new destination as their ‘home for the future’, citing an ability to both drive success and capture creativity with spaces that better suit them. Plus, of course, the usual nods to collaboration and workplace connection. CAA has been at their  2000 Avenue of the Stars and Century Plaza Towers spaces since 2007, with a four-year lease only recently renewed in July of next year. ICM Partners, meanwhile, have been around the corner at 10250 Constellation Blvd. Here they occupy the top 5-floors of the 35-story building, again their home since 2007.

It’s an interesting turn of events for the soon-to-be merged companies, a merger which should close in quarter two this year provided there are no other unanticipated holdups. In the meantime, it seems big things are anticipated from the much-talked-about merger. Blake & Wang P.A will, as always, be watching for further developments carefully.
